We will take into account your social situation, such as whether you live alone or are cooking for a family, and will look at your diet to see what has led to your weight gain.

If losing weight is one of your goals, the most effective way to lose weight is to consume fewer calories than you expend.  This creates a calorie deficit.  

With The CJA Body Transformation Package, one of our doctors may prescribe a weight loss injection or tablet to help supress your appetite. These allow you to have a large calorie deficit far more easily, but it’s important your body still gets the nutrition it needs and to ensure you have enough calories. 

The CJA Transformation Package is a 24-month programme aimed at patients with a BMI of 27 or more with at least one weight-related issue such as high blood pressure, type two diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood triglycerides. 

Our qualified doctors and fitness & nutrition coach will develop a program to help you achieve your goals through:

  • improved diet
  • increased physical activity

What Should I Eat For A Healthy Diet?

It is also important to balance your food. Different plans suit different people so we may recommend one of several methods such as:

  • a portion control diet where you can use colour-coded containers to monitor your food intake, type and portion size
  • a calorie counting diet where you can monitor all of the calories you consume via an app
  • an intermittent fasting diet where you do not have any calorie intake for some hours of the day.
