As part of your programme, we can prescribe weight loss suppressants to remove your cravings, and work with you to improve your health and wellbeing so you can look and feel slimmer and happier.

After a medical consultation with one of our qualified doctors, you'll receive a prescription-only weight loss treatment (Ozempic, Saxenda, Mysimba or Rybelsus), a reduced calorie meal plan and access to a personal trainer who will help you to increase your physical activity.

With our doctors, physical trainer and nutritionists on hand to guide you and answer your questions, your weight loss journey is designed to be safe, enjoyable and successful.  

We also offer an optional blood test which can help you discover whether there are any underlying issues which may be causing your weight gain, lethargy or low energy levels.

The CJA Transformation Package is ideal for patients with a BMI of >30 or >27 with a weight-related illness or issue such as high blood pressure, type two diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood triglycerides.  We treat each person as an individual and will carry out a medical assessment before designing a bespoke plan for you.

Our doctors will examine your medical history during your consultation, however, please note that pregnant and breastfeeding mums, patients with type one diabetes, a history of thyroid problems, pancreatitis or those taking certain medications are not suitable for The CJA Body Transformation Package.

The CJA Transformation Package

During your consultation, we will explain the process, any possible side effects, costs, and answer all your questions.

The CJA Transformation Package is a 24-month programme aimed at patients with a BMI of 27 or more with at least one weight-related issue such as high blood pressure, type two diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood triglycerides. 

Our qualified doctors and fitness & nutrition coach will develop a program to help you achieve your goals through:

• improved diet
• increased physical activity 
• improved sleep quality
• helping your mindset when it comes to food
• Saxenda, Ozempic, Rybelsus or Mysimba weight loss injections/tablets.

You will initially be signed up for three months after which we will review your weight loss.  Most people lose 5% of their body weight by 12 weeks but if you are not experiencing weight loss as we would expect, we will review your situation. 

The package costs:

• £299 per calendar month for individuals who sign up for the programme with weight loss medication,
• £149 per calendar month for individuals who sign up for the programme without weight loss medication.

Affordable Saxenda and Ozempic Weight Loss Injections

We prescribe Saxenda® which is a once-a-day, self-injectable medicine that comes in a pre-filled pen or Ozempic which is a weekly self-administered appetite suppressant in the form of a pen.  You will be shown how to inject yourself under the skin, rather than into a vein or muscle, usually into the stomach, upper thigh or upper arm.

Saxenda (Liraglutide) is MHRA licensed for the treatment of obesity in overweight patients.  The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care in the United Kingdom which is responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and are acceptably safe.

Ozempic (Semaglutide) has been approved for use by both the NHS and FDA.  Numerous clinical tests and trials have shown it to be a safe and effective weight-loss solution.   It has been licensed for use in the UK in its current form since 2017.

With both medications, some patients can experience nausea, abdominal pain and gas which is usually transient and passes within a couple of days. Our doctors will discuss all possible side effects during your initial consultation.
