11kg Weight Loss in 8 Weeks!

Busy grandma EH lost an impressive 11kg (24lb) in eight weeks by following the CJA Lifstyle Plan.

She works split shifts as a private nanny, with additional hostess and waitress work, but it was her time with her grandchildren that resulted in some unhealthy eating diets. EH felt that she was prone to eating the children’s leftover food and extra treats while looking after he grandchildren.

This photo was taken just 6 weeks after she started on Saxenda. EH, aged 46, took it for 8 weeks and has maintained her weight loss 8 weeks further down the line.

She used portion control boxes, and became more mindful of grazing. She has also been using a home exercise bike and resistance band workouts.
